Cricktracker

Karachi Kings will face off against Islamabad United at the Pindi Club Ground in Rawalpindi on March 3, after their loss to Peshawar Zalmi in the previous match. With only two wins out of seven matches, Karachi Kings are desperate for a win to boost their chances of qualifying for the playoffs.

On the other hand, Islamabad United, led by Shadab Khan, suffered a thrashing by Lahore Qalandars in their last match. The team needs significant improvement in both batting and bowling departments. Despite this setback, they are in a better position in the league table, having won three out of their five matches.

The ISL vs KAR match is scheduled for March 3 at 7:30 PM IST and will be broadcasted on Sony Sports Network & SonyLiv. The pitch at Pindi Club Ground has favored the batters so far, with a score above 190 being considered a good score. Chasing will be the preferred option on this pitch.

Islamabad United is expected to field Colin Munro, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Rassie van der Dussen, Shadab Khan (c), Azam Khan (wk), Asif Ali, Faheem Ashraf, Tom Curran, Hasan Ali, Zeeshan Zameer, and Abrar Ahmed. Meanwhile, Karachi Kings are likely to include Matthew Wade, Adam Rossington (wk), Tayyab Tahir, Shoaib Malik, Irfan Khan, Imad Wasim (c), Ben Cutting, Aamer Yamin, Mohammad Amir, Tabraiz Shamsi, and Akif Javed in their playing XI.

Imad Wasim is the probable best batter for Karachi Kings, having scored 237 runs at a remarkable strike rate of 179.54 in the ongoing PSL. Meanwhile, Mohammad Amir is expected to be the best bowler, having taken four wickets in the last match against Peshawar Zalmi and eight wickets overall in the tournament.

The chances for India depend on the outcome of the ongoing fourth and final Test taking place in Ahmedabad against Australia ...
